How AdMac fitness boosted his reach by 663% and built a consistent, engaging online presence.

AdMac Fitness is a personal training and group fitness brand located in Bow, and came to me struggling with consistency. He had great energy and a strong in person presence, but creating, filming and editing content regularly just wasn’t happening as his time was spent attending to clients. So, Adam needed someone to take the reins, not just to post but to guide the whole approach.

Adams goals were:

We kicked off with full social media management, everything from content strategy to planning, content shoots and filming and editing. I introduced a structured approach that made showing up behind the camera and online feel easy, not overwhelming.

We created content monthly that focused on visibility and lead generation, and so we included short-form content which reflected the culture and community at AdMac. The focus was to make sure online matched the quality and personality of what the clients experience in person to help them attract more of the right people.

  • Reach increased by 663%

  • Consistent posting and engagement

  • A community-centred brand presence across their platforms

Adam and his team show up confidently on camera, and we’re now posting consistently with clear structure. We’re continuing to work together with plans to increase posting frequency from 3-4x per week, to 5+! Now we’re building momentum with content creation, and Adam has gained more confidence and skills in his own filming.
